I have more than a decade of hands-on experience building Rscued from a small idea into one of Sweden’s leading sustainable FMCG brands.
I regularly speak about entrepreneurship, how to build innovative brands, turning food waste into a business, and the realities of scaling a startup.
My talks are practical, honest, and full of real-world experiences rather than theory. Whether it's a keynote, panel discussion, company event, or leadership conference, my goal is simple: to inspire an entrepreneurial mindset - because the ability to think big, test new ideas, and spot overlooked opportunities is just as valuable in a large organisation as it is in a startup.
Helping startups scale
After 10+ years of building a company from scratch, I've learned that money helps, but it's not everything. What really matters is surrounding yourself with people who have already done what you're trying to do, people who have been in the trenches before, can challenge your thinking, move fast, and open the right doors.
I work as an entrepreneurial sparring partner, helping founders solve commercial challenges, unlock growth, and connect with the right customers, partners, and suppliers. Building companies makes you a generalist, but my sweet spot is everything that drives the commercial side of the business.
Sometimes I work in an advisory role, sometimes I get more hands-on with a specific project or operational support. And when everything clicks, I occasionally back my advisory work with an angel investment.
Helping companies unlock value from waste streams
Around 40% of all food produced globally goes to waste. Over the past decade, I've worked hands-on with solutions to tackle this challenge and have seen both the complexity of reducing food waste and the significant economic and environmental benefits when you get it right.
If you're looking to better understand your waste streams, reduce costs, improve resource efficiency, or even turn waste and side streams into new revenue and business opportunities, I can help.
Every project looks different depending on where you sit in the value chain, but a typical engagement often includes:
Phase 1 – Analysis & Mapping
Identifying and quantifying waste and side streams across your business.
Phase 2 – Opportunity Assessment
Evaluating potential solutions, cost savings, and commercial opportunities.
Phase 3 – Implementation & Innovation
Bringing solutions to life and, when relevant, working hands-on alongside your R&D team to develop new products, concepts, and business opportunities.
